SUSAN AKINBOLA
VP, Development - Warner Bros. Pictures Animation
As Vice President, Production, Susan Akinbola is responsible for developing a diverse slate of original and IP-based features for Warner Bros. Pictures Animation. Akinbola joined Warner Bros. Pictures Animation as a development executive in January of 2020, returning to the studio where she began her career on the LEGO Movie franchise. She served as a junior executive in the development of the upcoming The Cat in the Hat. Akinbola currently oversees Meet The Flintstones, along with a slate of original projects. Akinbola served as a development mentor in HBO Max’s inaugural Animated Shorts Program, advising the Annie Award nominated short Yellowbird.
